The hotel rooms have good water pressure and plenty of hot water, but they are not very spacious and can be stuffy in the summer with noise from neighboring apartments. There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The service is friendly and welcoming, but could use more investment in personal interaction. The location is convenient with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience varied from terrible to good, with inconsistencies in the quality of the food. The facilities are average.
